A: We provide shipping services to all states within the US. However, please keep in mind that shipping to states such as Hawaii and Alaska may pose challenges due to varying temperatures that could impact the quality of the clones. As a responsible supplier, we ensure top-notch shipping solutions to ensure that the clone arrives healthy and ready to thrive. If you reside in either of those states, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping, nor do we deliver to Canada at this time. If you live overseas but have a contact in the US, we can ship to them, provided that they confirm the plants are in good condition before forwarding the package to you.
A: We provide several shipping options, including overnight delivery. Orders that qualify for free shipping take about 2-3 days to arrive nationwide, depending on how rural your location is. The shipping time is calculated from the moment the order is dispatched.
You can trust that our products are safe for shipping since they have undergone rigorous testing. Even if there are courier delays, your cloned babies will survive without any problems for up to 5 days in transit due to unforeseen courier delays.
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or broken, we always provide replacements to make things right.

A: At Clone Craft, we take great care to ensure that our clones are packaged and shipped safely and efficiently. Each clone is carefully removed from its growing container, roots and all, and placed inside a specialized protective and breathable container with a small LED light attached on the outside of the container to provide light to the plant. The clone is then carefully secured within a sturdy box to prevent any movement during transit. We also include clear instructions for acclimating the clone to its new environment upon arrival. Our shipping process is designed to prioritize the health and viability of our clones, so you can trust that your new plant will arrive in excellent condition.
